Small bedroom with a small double bed, TV, and wardrobe. Will suit someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff.

Otherwise the house is spacious with a large front room, dining room, kitchen and gym.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The location is great, we have supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, fast food all within minutes from the house. You can walk to the city centre in about 25-30 minutes.

About the roomies

I am a personal trainer of 15 years and train clients in the gym at the rear of the property most days, and then I like to go to Wales mountain biking on the weekends.

I like to associate with ambitious folk who don’t take themselves too seriously.
