Hi, my name is Nina I have two spacious rooms to rent in my house – one extra-large double room and a double room.

The house is a contemporary-designed home nestled in a convenient location. It is within walking distance to nearby parks, cafes, shops, and bus stops to Liverpool City Centre.

The space consists of a spacious living room, 50“ ultra-high-definition flat-screen, HDR, Smart TV with access to Netflix and Freeview movie channels and, of course, WI-FI.

The open-plan dining room/kitchen is equipped with a fan-assisted oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a chair and plenty of hanging space. A shared high-quality shower room has a bath, rainbow shower, toilet and sink.

Externally, there is a back patio area that housemates can enjoy. There is no allocated parking space; however, plenty of on-street parking is available.

An excellent transport link to the M62 motorway is a 5-minute drive away, making commuting easy. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 20 minutes away and 35 minutes to Manchester Airport.

All bills are included – gas, water, electricity and council tax.

I am a female working professional with a busy schedule who works full-time shifts. I am extremely clean and tidy and require my housemates to be the same.
