Full use of beautiful garden with hammocks in the summer and picnic table and umbrella .Ground floor of a terraced house in South Tottenham. One minute walk to Markfield park, Lea canal and Marshes with cycle routes. Close to buses and tube (Seven Sisters 10 min). Overground (South Tottenham 6 min) Room is furnished. Rent is £850 PCM includes rent, gas, water, electric, tv licence, Wifi, plus non-chemical household products, this is a predominantly green household. Must be a cat lover, no other pets pls, no cigarette smoking inside the flat, vegan and female. Available around the first week in March. Hello, I’m Deb into nature, art & design, photography, cycling, travelling and whole foods. I’m a New Zealander with one grown up daughter and a boy (Tabby cat).
