12 minutes walk to George Square Campus or 12 minutes walk to Kings Buildings. Also near Cameron Toll shopping centre; Holyrood Park & Arthur’s seat; and Commonwealth pool for fitness centre. Lively Newington area close by provides bars; restaurants; shops and cafes as well as Queens Hall & Festival Theatre. 30 mins walk Waverley Train Station. Great transport links. Sorry no couples or pets.
