A lovely cosy flat in the heart of the bay. Located near the police station in the bay. We are a quick five minute walk from Mermaid Quay and the bay train station. We have a bus stop just outside to get you in town if you don’t fancy the walk. We are also a 20 minute walk (buses go this way to) from Ikea, Asda, Aldi and Lidil.

Partially furnished with 2 bed side tables 1 tall cabinet 1 6 draw cabinet bed frame (no mattress, hopefully thinking to request one form landlord/estate agents) The broadband box will also be in your room.

We have a kitchen that blends into the living room and is spacious space with plenty of storage for food.

The room also comes with your own private car park space, the street parking is also free but a lot of office workers use it so it gets hectic around school times and start/finishing hours.

The walls in the bedroom will be painted back to white along with the bathroom by the 1st March
