About the room
Hiya,
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP.
The room is big and spacious with plenty of storage on offer.
There are 4 girls currently within the property who are all really friendly and easy to get along with. They are sociable, clean and tidy.
The rent is £375 per month, without bills. (Bills are approximately £60 pcm). The property is on woodville road which is a lovely location, with Cardiff Uni and Cardiff met within close distance, as well as city centre being a 20 minute walk. There’s lots of cafes, pubs etc on the surrounding streets, with plenty to do.
About the roomies
We’re all students in our third year of studying. We’re all very friendly and clean and enjoy socialising with one another. We’re all very laid back and get along with one another.
We enjoy a night in as well as a night out, but enjoy our own space too.
